Les cycles de temp\u00e9rature et la contamination acc\u00e9l\u00e8rent l'usure des joints. Les \u00e9v\u00e9nements de surpression (r\u00e9glages de d\u00e9charge incorrects) peuvent \u00e9galement provoquer des fuites. Dans les ports et les environnements ext\u00e9rieurs, la corrosion autour des raccords est particuli\u00e8rement courante.<\/p>    <p>Diagnostiquer en nettoyant d'abord la zone, puis en faisant fonctionner le syst\u00e8me dans des conditions contr\u00f4l\u00e9es pour localiser la source. V\u00e9rifier les points de fuite courants : extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de sertissage des tuyaux, raccords filet\u00e9s, blocs de valves, joints de tige de cylindre et vis de purge. Utiliser du papier ou des tampons absorbants pour identifier les trajets d'huile fra\u00eeche \u2014 ne jamais utiliser les mains pr\u00e8s de fuites sous pression.<\/p>    <p>V\u00e9rifier \u00e9galement la pression du syst\u00e8me et l'\u00e9tat du fluide. Une huile sale peut endommager les joints et les valves ; la contamination par l'eau r\u00e9duit la lubrification et acc\u00e9l\u00e8re la corrosion. Si la fuite est interne (perte de pression sans fuite d'huile externe), le cylindre ou la valve peut faire l'objet d'un contournement. Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9paration, purger correctement le syst\u00e8me et confirmer la fonction de rel\u00e2chement et d'application compl\u00e8te.
