En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, le VFD effectue une d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration contr\u00f4l\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 presque z\u00e9ro, maintient un petit couple de maintien pour stabiliser la charge, puis commande le frein \u00e0 engager. Apr\u00e8s confirmation du frein (via un interrupteur ou un temporisateur), le couple du variateur peut tomber \u00e0 z\u00e9ro.<\/p>    <p>Si le frein se d\u00e9clenche trop tard, la charge peut d\u00e9river ou descendre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avant que le frein ne se bloque. S\u2019il se d\u00e9clenche trop t\u00f4t \u2014 alors que le moteur a encore de la vitesse ou des transitions de couple \u2014 des charges de choc, des mouvements saccad\u00e9s et une usure accrue des garnitures peuvent se produire.<\/p>    <p>Utilisez la r\u00e9troaction lorsque cela est possible : la r\u00e9troaction de vitesse (encodeur) et la r\u00e9troaction de l\u2019\u00e9tat du frein (fin de course) am\u00e9liorent la coh\u00e9rence. Ajustez les rampes de d\u00e9c\u00e9l\u00e9ration, la v\u00e9rification du couple et les d\u00e9lais de d\u00e9clenchement du frein lors de la mise en service sous des charges repr\u00e9sentatives. Pour la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, assurez-vous que le frein est \u00e0 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 fail-safe et capable de maintenir la charge ind\u00e9pendamment du VFD.
