Q: How long does it take to ship a sample?
A: Standard models (like Ed thrusters or YWZ series parts) are typically in stock and ship within 3-5 business days. Custom prototypes usually require 2-3 weeks for manufacturing.
Q: Do you cover shipping costs?
A: For most sample requests, the client is responsible for shipping costs or providing a courier account (DHL/FedEx/UPS). For strategic high-volume OEM partnerships, shipping terms can be negotiated.
Q: What if the sample doesn't fit my machine?
A: We strongly recommend a technical review before shipping. However, if a standard sample does not fit, it can be returned (subject to inspection) or exchanged for the correct model.
